Email is the fastest way to reach us and the only channel that reaches everyone on the team. Include your order number if you already have one - it saves a round trip and usually gets you a real answer instead of a request for more details.
Write to hoangtuanh.amz@gmail.com. We answer within one business day, and usually the same afternoon. Messages that arrive over the weekend are picked up on Monday morning Pacific time, and messages that arrive on a US public holiday are picked up the next business day.
For a problem with an order, tell us the order number, which item is affected, and what went wrong. A photograph helps enormously for anything cracked or bent in transit, because it usually means we can send a replacement or issue a refund without asking you to package the item back up and carry it to a counter.

Phone is best for a question about something you are still deciding on: the reach of a pruner, the drainage on a planter, whether a hose fitting matches a tap you already own, or how a solar stake behaves through a grey week. For anything that needs a written record, such as a return or a refund, email is better for both of us.

This is our mailing and registration address, not a retail storefront. There is no shop floor, no yard and no counter, so please do not travel here expecting to browse. Returns go to the address printed on the return instructions we email you, which may differ from the registered address - always use the one on the instructions.
Before you write
Most questions are already answered in writing on this site. The FAQ covers payment, order changes, weather resistance and product care. The shipping policy covers rates, handling time, delivery windows and lost parcels. The returns and refunds policy covers conditions, timing, who pays return postage, and how refunds are issued.
There is no contact form on this site. These are static pages with no server behind them to receive a submission, so a form would be either broken or dishonest. Email and phone are the two real channels, and both reach the same small team in Spokane.
