Returns & refunds

Thirty days from delivery, no restocking fee, and a written answer within one business day of your first email. This page states the conditions plainly so that nothing about sending something back is a surprise.

The window and the condition

You have thirty days from the delivery date to start a return. The item needs to be unused and back in its original packaging with any tags, hardware and instruction sheets included. A tool that has been used in soil, a cushion that has been sat on outdoors, or a feeder that has held seed cannot be resold, and we cannot accept those back as change-of-mind returns.

Trying something indoors to check the size, reach or colour is fine and does not count as use. We would far rather you unpacked a planter on the kitchen floor and decided against it than kept something that was never going to fit the space you had in mind.

How to start a return

Email hoangtuanh.amz@gmail.com with your order number and which item you are sending back. You do not need to explain yourself, though telling us what was wrong helps us buy better next time. We reply within one business day with a return address and written instructions.

Always use the return address on those instructions rather than the registered address at the foot of this site. Parcels sent to the registered address without instructions are slow to match to an order and slow to refund, and occasionally they come back to you instead.

Who pays the postage

For a change of mind, you pay the return postage and we refund the merchandise value. We recommend a tracked service, because a return we never receive is a return we cannot refund.

For anything faulty, damaged in transit, wrongly described or simply not what we shipped, we pay. In most of those cases a photograph is enough and we do not ask for the item back at all - it costs more to ship a cracked pot across the country than it does to replace it.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within three business days of the return arriving and being checked, and your bank usually posts them within another five. We email you when the refund is sent and state the exact amount.

If free shipping was applied because the order was over $49 and the return drops it below that line, the $5.95 standard shipping we absorbed is deducted, and we tell you the figure before we process anything. Expedited and Overnight upgrade fees are not refundable once the parcel has shipped, because the carrier has already performed that service.

Exchanges and things we cannot take back

We do not run exchanges as a separate process. Return the item for a refund and place a new order for what you actually wanted - it is faster than holding stock aside, and it means you are never waiting on two parcels at once.

Clearance items marked final sale, and any item returned after the thirty-day window, cannot be accepted. Nothing else is excluded. If you are unsure whether something qualifies, ask before you post it rather than after.
