Terms of service
These terms govern your use of anhfinity.com and any purchase you make through it. Placing an order means you accept them. They are written to be read once and understood, not to be impossible to finish.
Who you are dealing with

We sell to consumers in the United States for personal use. We do not knowingly supply orders placed for resale, and we may decline or cancel an order where the quantity, destination or pattern of ordering suggests otherwise.
Orders and acceptance
An order placed on this site is an offer to buy, not a concluded contract. The contract forms when we send the confirmation email and the payment has cleared. Until then we may decline the order, and if we do, nothing is charged.
The order number shown on the confirmation screen is generated in your browser at the moment you place the order. Keep it - it is how we find your order when you write to us about it, and there is no account page here to look it up in later.
Prices, tax and payment
All prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout from your shipping address and shown as its own line before you commit. Prices may change without notice, but never after an order has been accepted.
No payment credentials are collected anywhere on this website. Payment is completed through a secure link sent by email and handled by an outside payment processor after the order is placed. If a price or product description is clearly wrong - a decimal point in the wrong place, a specification that does not match the item - we will contact you and either correct it with your agreement or cancel and refund in full.
Product information and availability
We describe products as accurately as we can from manufacturer data and our own handling of the stock. Colours vary between screens, and natural materials such as wood, rattan and terracotta vary between pieces. Where a material or weather rating is not shown, we did not have reliable data for that item.
Stock figures are a snapshot rather than a live count. If an item sells out between your order and our packing bench, we email you and refund that line in full rather than substitute something similar without asking.
Use of this site
The text, layout, photography and arrangement of this site belong to Anhfinity LLC or our suppliers. You may browse, print and share pages for your own use. You may not scrape, republish or resell the catalog or its images.
Do not attempt to interfere with the site, to probe it for weaknesses, or to use it in a way that disrupts another visitor. The site is provided as it is; we do not warrant that it will be available without interruption.
Liability and governing law
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss - a delayed planting, a cancelled gathering, a plant that did not survive - arising from a late or faulty delivery. Nothing here limits any right you hold under US consumer law that cannot lawfully be limited.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, and any dispute belongs to the courts of that state. If we change these terms, the version that applies to your order is the one published on the day you placed it, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed.
