Privacy policy

This site collects very little, because it is built to do very little. There are no accounts, no tracking pixels and no advertising network, and this page sets out exactly what does and does not happen to information you give us.

What we collect

When you place an order we receive the name, email address, postal address and phone number you typed into checkout, along with the list of items and the shipping method you chose. That is the whole set. We ask for a phone number because carriers occasionally need it for a delivery to a gated property, not so that anyone can call you about anything else.

If you email or telephone us, we keep that correspondence so that the next person who answers can see what was already said. We do not build a profile out of it, and we do not merge it with anything bought from a data broker.

Payment information

This website never collects payment details of any kind. There is no field anywhere in checkout for payment credentials, and there is no server behind these pages that could receive them if there were. The payment section of checkout displays which methods we accept and nothing more.

After an order is placed we email a secure link to an outside payment processor, and your billing details are entered on their system under their own privacy terms. We receive confirmation that a payment succeeded and the last few digits of the instrument used for reconciliation. We never see, store or transmit the full details ourselves.

What stays in your browser

Your basket is stored in your own browser using local storage on your device. It is not sent to us, it is not readable by us, and clearing your browser data deletes it permanently. This is why a basket follows you back on the same device and does not follow you to a different one.

We use no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics scripts, no session recording and no cross-site trackers. There is nothing on these pages watching where you go next.

Who else sees your data

Three kinds of third party, and no others: the payment processor that takes the payment, the carrier that delivers the parcel and therefore needs the delivery address, and the email provider that carries our messages to you. Each receives only what that job requires.

We do not sell, rent, trade or share personal information for marketing purposes, and we run no mailing list, so placing an order will not produce marketing email. We disclose information otherwise only where US law requires it of us.

Retention and your rights

Order records are kept for seven years to meet US tax and accounting requirements. Correspondence is kept for two years. After that both are deleted.

You may ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete anything we are not legally obliged to retain. Email hoangtuanh.amz@gmail.com from the address on the order and we will answer within thirty days. This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under thirteen.
