2) After attaching the suction cups to the feeder, wipe them down with a damp cloth (The moisture increases the suction power for a stronger hold). 3) Attach your feeder to your window & press the suction cups firmly What do I do if the bird feeder suction cups arrive bent? Can I still use them? Great question!

You can absolutely still use the suction cups. Just place them in warm water for about 10 minutes to help them soften. Then, smooth them out, clean your window, and hang your feeder like normal! Birds aren't visiting my feeder, what can I do? 1) Remove anything reflective from the surroundings (sun catchers, window films); 2) Sand the perch to increase its grip; 3) Consider adding some designs to the feeder using acrylic paint - this helps draw attention to the feeder & it washes off easy Does Nature's Hangout offer any coverage plans?
